However, as we operate via a global online platform, we have no control over the customs policies and regulatory decisions of individual countries.

Should your order be held by Australian Customs, we kindly request that you handle the clearance process directly. We will be glad to provide any supporting documentation required to facilitate the process. Please note, however, that payments cannot be refunded nor compensation provided for customs seizures, as our products are fully legal and compliant under Singapore’s regulations.
